Under the Erasmus+ programme “The B. E. S. T Project” we implemented the activity “Young entrepreneurs challenge”.
At the beginning we were informed about the activity by our classmates who have had involvement in educational activities during their visit to Poland. Then we called Ms. Katerina Skordas, business consultant, and we discussed with her about how to set up a company and the stages of implementing one.
We considered and decided the kind of business that we wanted to “open up”. Some students collaborated while others pursued a solo carrier.
Then we got down to business!
We had all kinds of shops: catering, leisure, traditional products, photo shop…
The whole activity was presented to teachers, parents and schoolmates.
We awarded 3 prizes: one for the company with the largest profit, one for the most original idea and one for having charity in mind.
We all felt winners and a bit wiser after all!
We also got excellent career ideas!
Part of the money collected was given to charity!
